Session Packages:

All session packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, any unused sessions will expire.

It is the customer's responsibility to schedule and utilize the sessions within the specified time frame.

Monthly Package:

The monthly package includes 4 available sessions per month.

Regardless of the number of sessions used within the month, the customer will be charged the total amount for the package.

To continue using the monthly package, the customer must respond to the renewal email sent by GoalieVision. Failure to respond will result in the package not being renewed for the following month.

It is the customer's responsibility to communicate their intent to renew the monthly package each month.

Outstanding Balances - Payment Per Session for Packages:

Any outstanding balances for expired sessions must be paid promptly.

Failure to pay the remaining balances may result in the customer being unable to purchase any further services from GoalieVision until the outstanding balances are settled.

Coaching Services:
-
GoalieVision provides coaching services aimed at enhancing goaltending skills. The effectiveness of the coaching sessions may vary based on individual commitment, effort, and application of the guidance provided.

Payment and Refunds:

Payment for coaching services is required prior to the exchange of the YouTube link to the session. GoalieVision accepts payment via Venmo or Cash App.

Refunds are subject to the discretion of GoalieVision and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

GoalieVision Insight Series:​​​

​​Subscribing to the GoalieVision Monthly Package grants you unlimited access to the GoalieVision Insight Series for the duration of your active subscription.

Please note that if you choose not to renew your monthly package, your access to the GoalieVision Insight Series will be suspended, and you will no longer be able to view the videos.

Should new content be added to the series during a period when your subscription is active, you will automatically receive access to the additional videos.

By choosing the one-time purchase option for the GoalieVision Insight Series, you will gain immediate access to all videos that are currently part of the series.

Please note that opting for the one-time purchase grants you access to the existing content at the time of your purchase. Any new videos or content subsequently added to the GoalieVision Insight Series will not be automatically included in your access. In the event that new videos or content are introduced to the series after your initial purchase, you will have the option to make additional purchases to access this new content.

Recruitment Consulting and Mentorship​​​​

GoalieVision provides consulting and mentorship services to guide both players and goalies through the process in hopes of playing junior or college hockey. This is done through relaying information as to how to go about the process, creating lists of top schools, forming emails, creating videos, etc.

GoalieVision does not guarantee that any purchase of these services will guarantee a player or goalie to achieve the junior or college level.

GoalieVision will not reach out to college coaches on a player's or goalie's behalf. This would be a violation of NCAA rules for Madisyn as she is a current NCAA D1 athlete.

The Monthly Recruitment Mentorship package consists of 4 available 30-minute phone calls which will expire at the end of the month purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to utilize the tools made available to them.

To continue using the Monthly Recruitment Mentorship package, the customer must respond to the renewal email sent by GoalieVision. Failure to respond will result in the package not being renewed for the following month.

It is the customer's responsibility to communicate their intent to renew the package each month.

The 60 Minute Phone Call can be purchased and redeemed at any time.

The Beginners Workshop is a group Zoom Call meaning there will be specific dates and times to choose from. It is the customer's responsibility to choose one of the provided dates and times and attend.
